Refund policy

Customized or made-to-order products Pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to measure, customized, or created at the specific request of the customer. No returns or refunds are allowed for such items.

Non-customized products For non-customized products purchased online, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In case of withdrawal, only the value of the product will be refunded, excluding initial shipping costs.

The product must be returned intact, unused, and complete with original packaging. In case of a decrease in value due to unnecessary handling, the refund may be reduced proportionally.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If the product arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of receiving the package and send:

  • photo of the damage

  • photo of the packaging

  • order number

We will evaluate together the best solution (replacement, repair, or refund).

SECTION 5.3 - PROPER USE OF THE PRODUCT

We are not responsible for:

  • damage caused by improper use

  • lack of maintenance

  • modifications made by the customer
