📦 How long do shipments take from the time of ordering?

When you place your order, you will receive confirmation of the order by email. By the next business day, we will verify the availability of the goods in stock. If they are not immediately available, we will inform you of the time required for our artisans to produce the ordered pieces and the shipping times.

🔒 Are shipments insured?

All our shipments are insured. In the event of a lost or damaged package, we can resend the goods at no cost to the customer. The procedures for recognizing the right to insurance coverage may take several weeks.

If you receive a damaged item, you must report it within 72 hours of delivery. To charge the carrier for the damage and arrange a replacement/refund, we will ask you to send:

• Photo of the outer box (with the shipping label visible)
• Photo of the damaged product and the inner packaging

Note: If the packaging is visibly damaged upon delivery, please sign the courier's receipt, explicitly stating "I accept with reservation pending inspection of damaged packaging". Reports received after the stated deadlines will not be covered by transport insurance.

⏳ How long can an order take?

Since production is artisanal and on a modest scale, some items may not be immediately available for shipment. Production times may take up to 15 days. In exceptional cases, such as before holidays or during August, when the producers are on vacation, the wait may be even longer.
