📦 How long do shipments take from the time of ordering?

When you place your order, you will receive confirmation by email. By the next business day, we will verify the availability of the goods in our warehouse and send you an email notification. 

If an item is not immediately available, we will inform you of the time required by our artisans to produce the ordered pieces, as well as the shipping times. Pieces are usually produced within 1–2 weeks. For products already in stock, we ship within 2–10 business days. You can contact us on WhatsApp for faster delivery times. 

Note: production is paused for the summer in August; delivery delays may occur during the Christmas period.

This is artisanal craftsmanship. The small-scale nature of the production and the manual processes make this a limited-run production and allow these products to remain exclusive.
